Samantha and Cyrus first met at a small high school in Grass Valley when they were both freshmen. They had many of the same classes and hung out with the same people, but they graduated in 2017 as just friends. It wasn’t until 2019 that their paths crossed again, leading to something special.

After graduating, both Cyrus and Samantha continued to live in Grass Valley. One fateful day, Cyrus reached out to Samantha, asking if she was still living in town. She was. They planned to meet for coffee on an unexpectedly rainy May afternoon. Despite the weather, they clicked instantly. Coffee turned into a hike by the river, and before they knew it, they were spending all their time together. Now, 5 years later, they will be getting married in the same town where their love blossomed.
